We use uniquely constructed steel maces, these UK manufactured maces are specially counterweighted enabling all of the advanced techniques of our Mace Strength Workout to be used, all weights of mace having different hand widths and they are longer than most conventional steel maces thereby increasing the long lever effect on your workout for both standard steel mace training and also for our advanced training.<\/p>\n
